Get Your Home Ready To Sell:

If needed, a design consultation using your furniture or staging is available. Professional photos are taken by us to show your home's best features and posted in the multiple listing service. Your home will be on the local realtor caravan as soon as the pictures are taken.

Social Media Strategy:

With technology, your listing will populate all major real estate websites, and social media platforms, and have its' own landing page. Moreover, high-quality targeted mail postcards will be sent by the team.

Negotiations:

Hold broker and public open houses, take your offer(s) and present to you and negotiate on your behalf.

Close on Time:

Upon an accepted offer, I will be on-site for all buyer inspections and appraisals. I will keep everyone on schedule to ensure you close on time.

Say Goodbye to your Home:

Final documents are signed, the loan is funded and documents are recorded at the county, and keys are handed over to the new owner.  You may have 1-2 days to move out. Make sure to close out utilities in your name and have mail forwarded to your new home.
