Am I well-equipped to guide you through the process of buying or selling a home? Absolutely.
Empathy lies at the core of my approach to real estate. I understand the emotions, frustrations, and fears that homebuyers and sellers face throughout the process. From the anxiety of qualification and preparing extensive loan documents to the challenges of presenting a pristine home while accommodating young children and organizing belongings, I comprehend the multifaceted nature of these decisions. Allow me to guide you through this momentous journey. Rest assured, I will diligently work to ensure that buying a home feels effortless and that selling a home proceeds smoothly, keeping everyone on track to close on time.
With over four decades of experience in the real estate industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to assist homebuyers and sellers. Since obtaining my Real Estate license in Arizona immediately after graduating with a degree in Accounting from the prestigious University of Arizona in 1978, my passion for real estate has only grown stronger.

By the age of 25, I proudly owned my first home, followed by my initial rental property at 27. In 1982, I embarked on a journey with my first home builder, acquiring my General Contractors License in Arizona just four years later in 1986. Demonstrating my passion for the craft, I successfully built and sold my first two homes in 1986 and 1988 before relocating to Oregon, where I also obtained a General Contractors License in 1988. Remarkably, at that time, I was one of only two licensed women in the state of Oregon

Over the next 11 years, I assumed the esteemed role of President within the Marion-Polk Home Builders Association, spearheading various initiatives and tirelessly advocating for housing issues at both state and national levels. My commitment was further demonstrated through active involvement in committees and engaging with members of Congress and the Senate during lobbying efforts in Washington DC.

My experience extends beyond advocacy and leadership. Over the years, I have meticulously overseen the construction of custom and speculative homes, always striving for exceptional quality. Notably, I led the Marion-Polk HBA in building a House in a Week for the City of Salem, Oregon. Amidst personal milestones, such as pregnancy, I successfully managed the construction of two Tour Homes and even transitioned into an available speculative home when my personal residence sold while I was eight months pregnant. Simultaneously, I dedicated myself to developing a three-phase subdivision while raising my infant single-handedly.

With an extensive track record, I have personally engaged in over 26 real estate transactions, encompassing both buying and selling properties. This excludes the numerous homes I constructed as a General Contractor, where I diligently enlisted the expertise of top-notch REALTORS® in Salem, Oregon.

In short, my extensive experience, unwavering commitment, and empathetic approach make me exceptionally qualified to help you navigate the intricacies of buying or selling a home. Let me be your trusted partner in one of the most significant decisions you will make, providing support that goes beyond the realm of work to make your real estate journey truly rewarding.

Let me work with you and use ALL my experience to help you.
