Buying Vs Renting

I understand that buying a home can be an overwhelming experience. But that’s where I come in helping first-time buyers start building equity. I have purchased 9 homes since moving back to California in 1999. So, I get the stress of picking a home, qualifying, doing inspections, and moving. But, I will be with you every step of the way.

There are many factors in the decision to buy a home.

In purchasing a home you take control of your monthly housing costs. Depending on your type of loan your loan amount for Principal and Interest will stay the same for as long as you own the home. Renting on the other hand puts you at the whim of someone else making those monthly housing costs decisions. You either move and try and find something in your budget or pay more money per month.

Which sounds like a better idea to you?
